Babe(named after Babe Ruth) is a gorgeous, 1-1.5 year old, Brindle, female English Mastiff with a stunning black mask. She and her litter of brand new babies (days old at the time) were all dumped at the local animal shelter, but BDHPI quickly sprung them from jail and saved their lives! She only weighs 90 lbs and is emaciated right now with feeding all her pups, but her foster family is working on fattening her up. Babe is a total sweetheart and loves attention from humans big and small! She will bury her head into your chest or lap and is a very good mama. She is calm and laid back, but also loves to play and run around tossing her toys into the air. Right now, Babe isn't very appreciative of having other dogs around but that is because she has babies to protect and we'll be evaluating her more with other animals down the road. She is house trained and we'll be working on basic training when she doesn't have all her little ones to take care of. She is a wonderful girl and very deserving of an amazing new family of her very own!
Babe is on MEDICAL HOLD until the puppies are weaned and she can be spayed.
