Diesel is a handsome, 1 year old, Brindle, male Great Dane. He is house trained, crate trained, will sit for treats, an dhis foster family is working on the rest of his basic commands. We are teaching him to walk on leash with an Gentle Leader Easy Walk Harness and he is very treat and praise motivated. Diesel sucks on a security blanket and would do best in a home with a strong pack leader to make him feel safe. He is good with other dogs, cats, and kids. He was turned into rescue due to a divorce and his family was unable to provide him the care he needed.

Diesel has been diagnosed with Wobbler's disease and will be seeing a Neurologist soon to determine if he is a candidate for surgery or if his condition can be managed with medication. He is currently on Medical Hold.
