Little Bear is a 1.5 year old, Mastiff Mix, male. He is house trained, knows sit, down, and off, and his foster family will be working with him on crate training and the rest of his basic commands. He is learning to walk nicely with a Gentle Leader and loves to go for walks and explore. Bear is good with other dogs of all sizes and was raised around children but his family was forced to move and could not afford to keep him. He would prefer a home without cats and will need a new owner who knows how to be the boss with a headstrong teenager who will thrive in a home with rules and boundaries to help him understand his place. He is very shy and insecure in new environments but warms right up with a little TLC and time to learn to trust! Bear is a playful, fun-loving guy who is eager to please and has lots of potential.
