Penelope is a beautiful, 5 year old, Brindle, female English Mastiff. She and her sister, Angel, have had a series of bad luck which have put them in rescue after being in two different homes previously, but they are looking forward to a better future ahead! Penny came to us large and in charge, weighing more than 200 lbs, but she has trimmed down to 155 lbs thanks to her weight loss program! She can't get enough attention and is enjoying going for regular walks because it means she gets lots of lovin from all she meets. She is house trained, not destructive when left with free roam, and she has learned sit, stay, come, down, wait, leave it, and take it. Penny enjoys the companionship of other dogs, is very submissive, and is loyally devoted to her humans! She loves belly rubs and ear scratches and can't wait to find a new family of her very own.

Penny was recently diagnosed with bi-lateral torn ACLs and is on MEDICAL HOLD while she awaits TPLO surgery.
