Rio is a beautiful, 8 month old, Fawn, Bullmastiff puppy. She and her sisters were rescued from a breeder who was going to put them down rather than get them the medical care that they needed. She came to us with long-term Demodectic mange, Yeast infection, ear mites, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and an intestinal infection but she has been treated and is already tons better. Rio is the largest of the three, but also the biggest chicken. She came in terrified of everything but is slowly learning to trust and gaining confidence on a daily basis with positive socialization! She is wonderful with other dogs, cats, and kids and does love to run and play with her sisters. Rio is now house trained, crate trained, and even learning basic obedience. She certainly deserves better than the treatment she has received thus far and is thriving in a loving home environment! She loves her toys so much she won't even lay down to nap without them.
